The mission of the Ben Patrick Johnson Foundation is to leave the world a fairer, more tolerant place
as a result of our activities. Through its support of nonprofit organizations with similar goals, the Foundation
seeks to sustain and promote human rights and civil liberties for all, including the lesbian, gay, bisexual and
transgendered communities, people with AIDS and HIV, and those whose voices often go unheard, such as
the elderly, the socio-economically challenged, and those with non-mainstream religious beliefs. The Ben
Patrick Johnson Foundation has no predetermined political affiliation, and instead supports human rights
lobbyists and candidates from any party who sponsor and endorse legislation that further human rights,
civil liberties, and free speech.
